Senvello operates a business-to-business website for sexual wellness OEM, private label, manufacturing, sourcing, and related services. We do not use RFQ information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not sell personal information.
Retention
Website RFQ and inquiry records are generally retained for up to 90 days unless continued retention is necessary for an active business relationship, dispute, security matter, or legal obligation.
Business correspondence relating to inquiries that do not result in an ongoing relationship may generally be retained for up to 180 days after the last meaningful business communication.
If an inquiry develops into an order, contract, transaction, shipment, accounting record, or other continuing commercial relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for business, contractual, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
Encrypted disaster-recovery backups are maintained on a rotating schedule. Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in encrypted backup copies until those backups expire through the normal rotation process. If an older backup is restored, previously completed privacy deletion requests will be reconciled again before restored information is returned to normal use.

We use service providers necessary to operate and secure the website and our business communications, including hosting and infrastructure providers, content delivery and security providers, email providers, and backup storage providers.
