Evidence & documentation

Quality & Compliance Support

Product-specific document handling that keeps supplier statements, received evidence, internal review and regulatory decisions distinct.

Evidence states

Documentation is not a single yes-or-no label

Available documentation is reviewed on a product-by-product basis. A supplier statement is recorded as a declaration until the relevant file is received and assessed for the product, market and request in question.

Senvello does not treat an imported certification string or logo as proof. Regulatory acceptance remains with the relevant authority and professional advice may be required for a destination market.

Documentation state

Keep each stage explicit

  1. Supplier declarationThe supplier states that information or a document is available.
  2. Document receivedA file has been received and associated with the relevant product.
  3. Internal reviewThe file is checked for identity, scope, date and the buyer’s request.
  4. Third-party evidenceA report or certificate identifies its issuer, subject and stated scope.
  5. Regulatory decisionThe applicable authority or qualified adviser determines market acceptance.

Common requests

Product and destination determine the document set

Materials
Material declarations and available test information are associated with the selected product.
Battery transport
Battery details, UN38.3 and SDS or MSDS availability may be relevant to transport planning.
Restricted substances
RoHS and REACH-related requests are checked against received product-specific evidence.
Market requests
CE, FCC or other market-specific questions are scoped before any conclusion is communicated.

Quality planning

Define observable checkpoints

Quality review can compare an agreed sample, specification, finish, operation, packaging and labels. The checkpoint plan should reflect the selected product and buyer requirements.

Continue with the manufacturing support process or include destination-specific document questions in your project brief.
